Basically, while reading from the game window, when an unknown word shows up, I have to look over at the translation box and find that same word, which takes a bit of time. I think the problem for me is that it's annoying to look back and forth between the game window and the translation box, though this is probably partly because my monitor isn't big enough (it's 1400x900 resolution it doesn't easily fit the game window and the translation box at the same time. I started using Chiitrans Lite recently on 星織ユメミライ, but basically gave up after a while.
